$127 million, six-story, 380,000-SF addition to expand the emergency department with a level 1 trauma center and create new ORs, ICUs, LDR, LDORs, CVCs, expanded central energy plant and 1,900-SF of new seawall.

 Tampa International Airport, Airside Expansions, Tampa, FL

$220 million, Relocation of all shuttle berth to make room for new retail space. Including complete reconstruction of all escalators and new retail spaces.

Golisano Children's Hospital for Lee Memorial, Fort Myers, FL

$134 million, six-story, 200,000-SF, includes 2 private pediatric rooms, 68-bed NICU, Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (PICU/PCICU) will also move to the new building, so all of the hospital’s inpatients are collocated in one child- and family-friendly place

University of South Florida, Interdisciplinary Sciences (ISA) building , In Tampa, FL

$78 million, The new Interdisciplinary Sciences (ISA) building, completed in July 2011, is seven stories tall, approximately 235,000 square feet and houses the departments of Physics, CMMB and Chemistry.

H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center & Research Institute, M2Gen, Tampa, FL

$25.4 million, 96,000-SF, four-story bio-tech building to support the M2Gen operations. Includes tissue bank, administrative space with the third and fourth floor as shell lab space.

Morton Plant Hospital, Tower Enabling Projects, Clearwater, FL

$38 million, 15,000-SF renovations within the existing hospital to create a new NICU and LDR area. Utility scopes include relocation of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and medical gas utilities as well as communication systems to make way for the foundations of the new Patient Tower. Emergency power requirements, code upgrades, generators and fuel tanks are also included.   

Tampa General Hospital Cardiovascular Operating Room Expansion, Tampa, FL

$9 million, 50,000-SF interior renovation and build-out of third floor, West Pavilion and Annex. The project included the addition of three new CVTOR’s, one of which is a hybrid OR, as well
as the full renovation of six existing CVTOR’s. Also included was a vertical expansion of the existing building for additional storage space, and the relocation of an existing CT Scanner.  

Tampa General Hospital, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, Tampa, FL

$22.4 million, 52,000-SF renovation and expansion of the existing NICU on the 4th floor of the West Pavilion from 42 beds to approximately 82 beds and ancillary spaces. The expansion shall be 3 column bays over an existing roof area of approximately 16,000-SF. The renovation shall include the existing labor and delivery, NICU, newborn nursery and ancillary spaces of approximately 36,000-SF.

BayCare Corporate Offices, Clearwater, FL

$30 million, 300,000-SF, corporate headquarters for BayCare Health System. Project includes two, 150,000-SF, three-story office buildings adjacent to each other on a 40-acre site.  

Sarasota Memorial Hospital Venice Urgent Care Center, Sarasota, FL

$4.3 million, 12,000-SF, new Urgent Care facility that will house: Radiology, CT Scanning, Mamography and Bone Density Machines. Due to the strict design guidelines dictated by the City of Venice, the building will have a “Northern Italian Renaissance” aesthetic.

H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center & Research Institute, Outpatient Treatment Facility at McKinley Campus, Tampa, FL

$68 million, 207,000-SF, new construction of Outpatitent Treatment Facility including ambulatory surgery, procedure suites, clinics, imaging, infusion, dry research, screening and all supporting spaces. The project also includes a parking garage with 1,250 spaces.
