Utility scopes include relocation of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and medical gas utilities as well as communication systems to make way for the foundations of the new Patient Tower. Emergency power requirements, code upgrades, generators and fuel tanks are also included.
Tampa General Hospital Cardiovascular Operating Room Expansion, Tampa, FL
$9 million, 50,000-SF interior renovation and build-out of third floor, West Pavilion and Annex. The project included the addition of three new CVTOR’s, one of which is a hybrid OR, as well
as the full renovation of six existing CVTOR’s. Also included was a vertical expansion of the existing building for additional storage space, and the relocation of an existing CT Scanner.
Tampa General Hospital, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, Tampa, FL
$22.4 million, 52,000-SF renovation and expansion of the existing NICU on the 4th floor of the West Pavilion from 42 beds to approximately 82 beds and ancillary spaces. The expansion shall be 3 column bays over an existing roof area of approximately 16,000-SF. The renovation shall include the existing labor and delivery, NICU, newborn nursery and ancillary spaces of approximately 36,000-SF.

Sarasota Memorial Hospital Venice Urgent Care Center, Sarasota, FL
$4.3 million, 12,000-SF, new Urgent Care facility that will house: Radiology, CT Scanning, Mamography and Bone Density Machines. Due to the strict design guidelines dictated by the City of Venice, the building will have a “Northern Italian Renaissance” aesthetic.

$68 million, 207,000-SF, new construction of Outpatitent Treatment Facility including ambulatory surgery, procedure suites, clinics, imaging, infusion, dry research, screening and all supporting spaces. The project also includes a parking garage with 1,250 spaces.
