Meet Mona & Roger

Mona Stephan

Mona has a Master Degree in Interior Architecture. She started her career in the Mediterranean and is heavily influenced by all of her travels within Europe. The mix of this origin along with the transition to the US in the 90s, led to her design influence. This inspiration led to the development of her blended style that covers a fusion of Mediterranean and Modern. and particularly developed many projects somewhere in between.

Whether designing a new home from scratch or complete remodel of existing homes, Mona uses the latest technology in design to provide renderings for visualization with concentration on space reconfiguration and optimization and has an incredible eye for color coordination.

Roger Stephan

Roger, Structural Engineer, General Contractor, and a certified LEED AP, started his career in Engineering but quickly found his passion in Construction Management years later. After working for one of the largest construction firm in the world, Skanska (see past Projects), for 19+ years, he decided to join and expand his wife’s firm and add a development and construction studio to her home additions and renovations business.

Roger has a BS Degree in Civil Engineer from LSU at New Orleans. Along with his brother, he owns and operates a well established restaurant in South Tampa, Byblos, since 2001.
